The Villa

Living Rooms

As you enter the living room you are greeted with Florida sunshine entering from large doors which look onto the patio and pool area.

There is plenty of space for a large family and you to have the a large cable television. This room makes a quite retreat after a long day at the theme parks.

A sliding door lands you in the private pool/spa area, there is plenty of pool furniture which you can enjoy whilst relaxing in the sun by the pool.

The villa also boosts a living room on the 1st floor which includes another large TV and games console.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The villa has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds, the master bedroom which has a large large bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a door leading to a balcony. The remaining bedrooms are of generous size and some include their own bathroom.

Kitchen

The large bar style kitchen has all the cooking utensils, crockery, dishes and cutlery to satisfy up to 12 guests. Every appliance you could need is included and there is a large amount of counter serving space to fulfill everyone’s cooking needs.

As well as a bar with seating there is a table in the kitchen so families can enjoy a meal together or a formal dining area available. There are laundry facilities available too.

Pool & Patio

Large fenced off patio and pool area allowing you to enjoy the sun, food and a drink or two.
